Q:  Are the selling prices fair prices for properties?A:  We're investors therefore, we must purchase a property below market value so we can resell it at a profit.  If for any reason you’re in foreclosure you likely won’t have equity in the property… so we can often negotiate with the lender for a discount on the price of the property.
